All the pictures show a right handed assembly and pull out. The instructions are for a left handed assembly. What should have taken one hour ended up being 3 hours because assembling this item turning this to a right handed pullout meant that the holes for attaching this to the cabinet wall were extremely hard. When assembled the pullout looks very nice. Just it meant many man hours, shouting at each other over the instructions, nearly a divorce etc….. you get the idea it was so frustrating. Had they made the instructions easier to assemble for right hand configuration then yes this might have meant 30 mins.
