East to put together and install, didn't fit my cabinet height but I didn't want it in the cabinet anyways. I mounted mine to an old cutting board and put it on the counter. It works great and keeps spices organized and looking good. I did break two of the screw heads off when I put it on the cutting board but it's still sturdy enough.
